"You're Cordially Invited" is a comedy film about two wedding parties that accidentally book the same remote resort for their weddings on the same day, leading to a hilarious battle between wedding planner Margot (Reese Witherspoon) and father of the bride Jim (Will Ferrell). As both families compete to claim the venue and ensure their wedding day remains perfect, they engage in increasingly ridiculous and comedic attempts to outmaneuver each other. Directed by Nicholas Stoller, the film promises a laugh-out-loud exploration of wedding day chaos that will be available on Prime Video starting January 30, 2025.
As the Assistant Art Director, I was responsible for comprehensive set design management, meticulously sourcing and selecting construction materials including hardware, fireplace mantels, wallpaper, carpet, and paint to ensure design cohesion and visual consistency across all sets. I coordinated closely with in-house graphic designers to develop and deliver custom graphic designs tailored to each specific set's aesthetic requirements, maintaining a high standard of visual storytelling and production design quality.
