As the assistant art director, I created a comprehensive look book for acclaimed production designer Molly Hughes, earning high praise from Netflix executives and Wychwood Media for exceptional visual storytelling. I conducted extensive research and curated reference imagery to enhance the production's visual narrative, while sourcing and specifying construction materials for sets, including hardware, wallpaper, carpet, and paint, to ensure period accuracy and design cohesion. I managed the playback graphics schedule, coordinating between Twisted Media and in-house graphic designers to guarantee timely creation and delivery of approved graphics. Additionally, I developed and implemented graphic design plans based on thorough period-specific research, securing director approval for all elements and ensuring on-time delivery to set or props. I oversaw pre-visualization efforts by coordinating between the concept artist and production designer, effectively transcribing and organizing notes for the concept artist to create pre-visualizations for director and studio approval. During location scouts, I assisted the supervising art director and production designer by meticulously documenting measurements and details, efficiently disseminating information to relevant departments.
