Role: Art Department Assistant - Concept Art
"Love, Again" is a South Korean romantic comedy that explores the complexities of post-divorce life through the story of Hyun-woo and Sun-young. After their public divorce, Hyun-woo (Kwon Sang-woo) struggles to move on while Sun-young (Lee Jung-hyun) begins dating Sang-chul (Lee Jong-hyuk), an old schoolmate of Hyun-woo's who is unaware of their past. As Hyun-woo grapples with feelings of jealousy and unresolved emotions, the film humorously depicts their constant bickering and the challenges they face in truly letting go of each other, ultimately revealing that their breakup was not as clean-cut as they believed.
As an Art Department Assistant, I served as a key concept artist, collaborating closely with set designers and working directly with the Production Designer to develop pre-visualization for critical set designs. My role involved translating conceptual ideas into visual representations that helped the production team understand and refine the visual direction of the project. By creating detailed concept art, I helped bridge the gap between initial creative vision and practical set design implementation.
