Desigual’s Spring/Summer 2025 "Not a Doll" campaign, featuring Spanish actress Ester Expósito, delivers a powerful message against stereotypes and societal pressures on women. Video directed by Waylon Bone and photographed by Clara Balzary, the campaign uses vibrant visuals of Expósito’s authentic daily life in Los Angeles to encourage women to embrace individuality and reject external expectations, promoting self-expression and authenticity. This was a nationwide Spring/Summer 2025 campaign rolled out across Spain.
As the art director, I sourced all props and furniture for the set located in the penthouse of the Roosevelt Hotel, and created custom pieces at the brand’s request—including various food props such as a hot dog arrangement spelling "Not a Doll," and a Hollywood Walk of Fame star featuring the actress’s name. I managed the logistics of picking up and returning props, furniture, and other set elements, ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the production. After filming at the Roosevelt Hotel, I oversaw the reset of the penthouse to its original condition, meeting the hotel’s standards and satisfaction.
